Has India Changed Post 2014?

To those asking this question, I say: It is a matter of perspective.

Anti-Modi groups say, the glass is half empty, while pro-Modi groups say, the glass is half full. Yes, both groups as per convenience can go to extremities.

To both, I say, tell me if there was a GLASS before 2014.
